Summary

The HRIS Analyst will act as a first line liaison between the HR department and the business to provide global support for HR technologies. This position is responsible for formulating HR business processes into automated system workflows, including scoping requirements and achieving the intended objectives. The incumbent will serve as a technical point of contact for the assigned functional areas and assist the HR team subject matter experts with ensuring data integrity, testing system changes, report writing, and executing process improvement opportunities. Role also includes an auditing and compliance component as described below.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • SAP release coordination (twice per year) and UAT testing
  • Learning Management System configuration as well as serve as learning program manager from a technology perspective.
  • Reporting & Analytics dashboard SME (story board reporting expert)
  • Serves as the primary contact for HR technologies via various inboxes for operations and HRIS.
  • Auditing for HR system processes (Onboarding, new hire compliance etc.) as well as management of vendor, customer and internal compliance audits for the HR function.
  • Ensures data integrity and accuracy of employee and business information across all HR systems globally, through periodic reviews and audits. 
  • Manages monthly sanction reporting requirements for adherence to customer requirements.
  • Actively participate in the implementation of all project phases including, requirements gathering, build, testing and maintenance of multiple HR system applications. 
  • Maintain documentation of processes, auditing protocols, reports, and ensures analyses are up to date.
  • Maintains knowledge and awareness of current/new trends in SuccessFactors and continuously improves HRIS application/tools by recommending and supporting best practices. 
  • Participates in special projects and handles other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems Management, Human Resources or another related field is preferred. 
  • 3+ years of progressive experience as an HRIS Admin/HRIS Specialist or another combination of HR/IS/IT experience. 
  • Configuration and implementation experience supporting an HR technology team preferred. 
  • Strong attention to detail and vision for optimization of current and future state of HR technologies.
  • Experience working as part of a team in a fast-paced, multi-project environment. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; ability to create pivot tables and analyze large datasets utilizing VLOOKUP functionality.
  • Compliance & audit experience with regulatory exposure is preferred.
  • SAP SuccessFactors accreditations in one or more modules is preferred.

Working Conditions

Must be able to perform essential job duties.  Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each workday), hear the telephone, and enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
