Summary
The Software Engineer Level V will lead Software Engineering team members to design, develop, enhance, and maintain software applications.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Take the lead in designing, developing enhancing, and maintaining Job Scheduler-based client applications, using the Agile/Scrum development process.
- Consult with client services teams, manufacturing, and other departments, and externally with our clients to define, understand and articulate business and technical requirements.
- Define and design the solution for proposed projects with a given set of clear or ambiguous requirements.
- Prioritize the work of self and others to meet milestones and delivery due dates
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
- Demonstrated experience (7+ years, on average) with SQL, SSIS and Stored Procedure development and maintenance
- Experience in delivering multiple large-sized projects from inception to deployment (the full software development lifecycle)
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills.
- Deep working knowledge of all ODS departments, workflows, business processes and our industry

Must be able to perform the essential job duties. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each work day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
