Summary
The Master Data Manager is responsible for leading the governance, intake, and lifecycle processes for critical master data domains including Customer Master, Vendor Master, Item Master, and other core foundational data sets. This role ensures the integrity and consistency of data across core systems such as Dynamics 365, Salesforce, Power BI, High Radius, and other business solutions, whether integrated or manually maintained.
The Master Data Manager also plays a key role in shaping and enforcing the business processes that govern how data is created, maintained, and consumed across reporting and operational platforms. This includes partnering with Sales, Estimating, and Production functions to support production inputs to Bill of Materials (BOMs), routings, and other production-critical data, without owning their setup.
This is a hybrid role, sitting in our offices in Plano, TX.
