Summary
The bilingual Spanish Associate HR Business Partner provides support to HR Business Partners and various stakeholders within the Human Resources department to improve HR efficiency and productivity. In addition, they will provide front line HR support to line management, be a strong culture champion, consult teammates on routine employee relation matters and enhance people relations.
Compensation
$66K to $70K, + 8% yearly bonus target.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Partner with HR Business Partner and other HR functional groups to improve efficiency
- Provide Day 1 training support and/or facilitation of new hire orientations, safety trainings, and others as assigned, including all compliance processing, and uploading of documentation at new hire
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance and interpretation on Company policies and benefits
- Manages and resolves routine teammates relation issues
- Maintain and update the HRIS system with employee offboardings.
- Coordinating performance management process including disciplinary action and processing terminations
- Maintain employment records and files as required by federal, state or company requirements. Records include compliance documents, reporting, and employee personnel files.
- Other duties as assigned or required.
Qualifications & Requirements
Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure
- Bachelors in Business Administration, Human Resources or other relevant field
- Bilingual Spanish speaker is required
- 1+ years of HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong experience with non-exempt teammates
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Excellent communication
- Creative problem solver and analytical – you can tell a story with data
- Self-starter, detailed, organized, proactive and ability to follow-through
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest integrity

Office / Sedentary Requirements
Must be able to perform the essential job duties. Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each work day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer and may also require the ability to lift up to 10 pounds.
