Summary

We are a SEBI-registered Category III Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) focused on delivering superior returns to our investors through strategic investments. Our team is committed to excellence, innovation, and the highest standards of professionalism.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Head of Business Development and Fund Raising to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the AIF category, HNI (High Net Worth Individuals), and wealth management sectors. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to market our fund, raise capital, and build strong relationships with
distributors and investors.

Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business development and fund-raising strategies to attract new investors and grow the fund.
- Identify and target potential investors, including HNIs, family offices, and institutional investors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, wealth managers, and distributors.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and pitches to prospective investors.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective marketing materials and campaigns.
- Manage investor relations, ensuring clear and timely communication with existing and potential
investors.
- Monitor fund performance and provide regular updates to investors.

- Ensure compliance with SEBI regulations and other relevant legal requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

Qualifications & Requirements

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, fundraising, or a related role within the
- AIF category, wealth management, or financial services industry.
- Strong network of contacts within the HNI, wealth management, and distributor communities.
- Proven track record of successfully raising capital and growing investment funds.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep understanding of SEBI regulations and compliance requirements for Category III AIFs.
 

Working Conditions

Must be able to perform the essential job duties.  Work is performed primarily in an office environment. Typically requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time (66%+ each work day), ability to hear the telephone, ability to enter data on a computer.
